And counting…

I am nearing 1 year of the website being up and running and was wondering when I was going to hit my 50th comic. So I had to go and look thru the archive only to realize I had forgotten that I started with a buffer, to allow some of the story to make sense when the site launched. So this past weeks comic was #55. As it happened the 50th comic came out on my birthday without planning or realization. So I guess my next milestone is 100 which it’s entirely possible I will miss again. We shall see.

October has been as busy as I thought it would be, lots of drawing, keeping this blog running and the weekly comic on Sundays plus visits with the kids, yard work and just general chores. It’s already half over, the month I mean and it also feels like it just began. I have made a habit this go around to watch more Halloween/Scary movies. Well, not so scary really, I don’t find them as entertaining and like they are trying too hard. But fun Halloween movies are my jam, Hocus Pocus, Hotel Transylvania, Monster Squad, Sleepy Hollow, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and really anything with a guy in a rubber monster mask. I am not 1 to 1 on movies to days in October so far but I’m pretty close. Abbott and Costello meet Dracula and Young Frankenstein are in the queue.
